Abstract

Hoteli za pse oz. varstvo psov je tako doma kot tudi v tujini zelo donosen posel. V Sloveniji v zadnjem času narašča povpraševanje po storitvah, namenjenih psom in njihovim lastnikom. Osveščeni lastniki hišnih ljubljenčkov od maloštevilnih slovenskih ponudnikov teh storitev običajno pričakujejo veliko več, kot trenutno lahko dobijo. Hoteli za pse v Sloveniji povsem ne dosegajo sodobnih standardov in kakovostnih storitev, ki jih v tujini lahko pričakujejo lastniki štirinožnih prijateljev. Skrbni lastniki psov, ki bi za svojega psa želeli karseda najboljšo oskrbo v času svoje odsotnosti, pri nas nimajo priložnosti, da bi ga zaupali sodobnemu hotelu za pse, ki bi njihovim hišnim ljubljenčkom zagotavljal visoke standarde pri njihovi oskrbi, storitve, ki bi si jih ti želeli in zaslužili. Kot ljubitelji živali smo se odločili, da bomo poskusili našim strankam ponuditi kakovostno ponudbo in veliko storitev na enem mestu. To nas bo razlikovalo od ostalih ponudnikov na trgu. Sprva bomo osredotočeni na ljubljansko in kranjsko regijo, saj bomo locirani v Medvodah. Mislimo, da lahko z ustrezno zagnanostjo, pozitivnostjo in kakovostnim delom pričakujemo vsakoletno rast zadovoljnih strank. Naša glavna storitev bo varstvo psov, poleg tega pa bomo ponujali še izdelke za pse (hrano, domače priboljške za pse, obleke) in frizerske storitve. Ljudje zaradi hitrega tempa življenja vedno dalj časa preživljajo v službi, zaradi tega so njihovi ljubljenčki brez primerne oskrbe. Tukaj bomo nastopili mi, saj bomo za ugodno ceno ponujali varstvo psov, razne storitve in izdelke. Pri konkurenci smo opazili, da imajo ožjo ponudbo storitev in izdelkov, pri nas pa bomo na enem mestu nudili mnogo več. Naš cilj je proučiti in raziskati dejansko realizacijo poslovnega načrta. Namen je ugotoviti priložnosti, nevarnosti, prednosti in slabosti za načrtovani pasji hotel. Po poglavjih poslovnega načrta smo podrobno proučili vsebinske vidike načrtovanega posla, od analize panoge in raziskave trga do potrebnih sredstev za realizacijo ter ocene bodoče uspešnosti poslovanja načrtovanega podjetja. V oceni poslovne ideje smo upoštevali tudi kritična tveganja posla in možne rešitve.

Secondary abstract: Dog hotels and dog care are very profitable businesses in both Slovenia and abroad. Lately the demand for such services in Slovenia has been on the rise. Well-informed owners of house pets are expecting much more from many Slovenian providers of the services than they can actually get. Standards in Slovene dog hotels cannot truly compare to hotels in other countries. Caring dog owners who want only the best for their pets when they are away cannot leave them in hotels with such high standards that they would want and deserve. As animal lovers we decided that we will offer our customers quality services in one place, which would distinguish us from other service providers on the market. As our hotel is located in Medvode, the initial target markets are Ljubljana, Kranj and Škofja Loka. We believe that true determination, positivity and good performance could help increase the number of satisfied customers on an annual basis. The main service is dog care, but other products for dogs are also available (food, homemade dog treats, clothes) and dog grooming services. People's pace of life is rapid and they spend more time at work. As a result, their pets are left without proper care. Our business can thus stand out because of our prices for dog care, services and products. We found that our competitors have a smaller range of services and products available, while our customers can get everything in one place. Our goal is to discuss and research actual implementation of the business plan, and identify our main strengths and weaknesses. Each chapter explores a different area of the business plan. It contains an analysis of the industry as well as a market survey in order to determine where to advertise and how. The final part discusses some of the critical risks and provides possible solutions.
