Abstract

Stalne izboljšave v analitiki oskrbovalne verige naj bojo del vsakdanjika. V današnjem svetu, kjer so spremembe prisotne vsak dan, je prava strategija za izboljšave in povečanje kakovosti pot k uspehu. Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati na primeru, kako z malimi izboljšavami procesov prispevamo k stalnemu izboljševanju organizacije. Preučevana problematika prikazuje kako se s pomočjo strategije »six-sigma« uspešno lotimo izboljševanja procesov in pripomoremo k trajnostnemu razvoju. Preučevano podjetje se vsakodnevno srečuje s tovrstno problematiko, zato je ključ do uspeha pravilna strategija in podpora vseh funkcij. Predstavljen začetni proces je otežil delo osebe, ki je zadolžena za oskrbo stranke. Do težave je prišlo ob nenadnem povečanju tovrstnega spremljanja podatkov. Rešitev mu predstavlja orodje za učinkovito spremljanje stanja podatkov, hkrati pa je proces popisan in standardiziran. Analitika v oskrbovalni verigi je pomembna vez med vodstvom in drugimi oddelki v oskrbovalni verigi, hkrati pa naj bo tudi podpora za izboljšave in povečanje kakovosti.

Secondary abstract: Continuous improvements in the Supply Chain Analysts should be involved in every day work. The best strategy for success in today's competitive business environment is to improve and enhance the quality of processes. Purpose of this thesis is to present and confirm theoretical strategies of continuous improvement on example, how small improvements can change and contribute on improvements of an organization. Presented study shows how to make successful quality improvement and constant development with strategy “Six-sigma”. A key of success in studied organization is to have support of every function/department and the right strategy to deal with all challenges. Presented process has made Customer service Managers daily work very difficult. There was suddenly increase of this complex type of work which was very hard to handle with current process. The solution was not just to make process more efficient but also more standardized and accurate. Analyst is an important link between owners/heads and all other departments in supply chain to support and make quality improvements on every step.
