Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja opis magnetnih materialov, ki se uporabljajo v produktnih aparatih, ter način izvedbe meritev magnetov z aplikacijskim programom. Aplikacijski program smo razvili s pomočjo programskega orodja Labview, za meritev pa smo uporabili dva merilne senzorje: hall senzor, induktivni senzor in referenčni merilni instrument: gauss meter. Za razvoj merilnega sistema smo se odločili zaradi želje po interni kontroli magnetov, ki jih proizvajajo naši dobavitelji. Z merilnim sistemom bomo tako lahko kontrolirali izbrano serijo magnetov, ki se uporablja v proizvodnji. Istočasno je merilni sistem uporaben tudi za potrebe razvojnih meritev.

Secondary title: Development of measurement procedures for characterization and testing multi-pole magnets
Secondary abstract: This dissertation presents kind of series magnets, which are using in our products appliances. For measuring of magnets we performed application program in program environment Labview. For magnet parameters detection we used two kind of sensors: hall sensor, inductive sensor and one reference measurement instrument: gauss meter. For development of measuring system we decided because of requirements for internal inspection of magnets quality which we are using. With this measuring device will be able to measure and controll magnets which are in the production already. At the same time it has sense to use it for development purposes also.
