magistrsko delo
Abstract
V tej magistrski nalogi smo zato najprej pogledali razvoj policijskega dela v skupnosti.

Benjamin Franklin said there were only two things certain in life: death and taxes. We can influence many things, even our living environment. People select their place under the sun most often based on various factors and safety is also increasingly becoming extremely important.
Cohabitation of law enforcement agencies and the local population have always been a cornerstone of trust and mutual respect. Police work in the community is therefore an extremely important link in establishing communication and mode of communication. Like any business, police work in the community has been perfecting and upgrading throughout history. Proactive police work is even more important in this currently changing security environment.
In this master thesis, we therefore first look at the development of police work in the community. The police work is rapidly changing and adapting to security risks. By checking the level of crime in the area of the police station in Velenje, we wanted to determine the correlation between the state of the society in the fields of crime and fear of crime. In doing so, we found that the crime rate in the last five year have not significantly increased, on the contrary, in most of the key areas, it is gradually decreasing.
This type of crime reduction is also reflected in the level of public confidence in the police work. More and more people have confidence in the police work, feel safe in their environment and are not afraid of becoming a victim of a crime.
Prognosis is therefore good, however, we need to upgrade and take care of further prosperity and a safe living environment. |
