Abstract

V diplomskem delu je podrobno opisana metoda 20 ključev, s pomočjo katere sem na praktičnem primeru Orodjarne Imenšek d.o.o. poskušal opisati dejansko stanje delovnih procesov. Ker metoda v celoti govori o organizaciji podjetja in stalnih izboljšavah sem poskušal s konceptualnimi rešitvami prikazati kako bi lahko samo podjetje prešlo na višji nivo poslovanja. V praktičnem delu je opisanih sedem ključev, kjer sem v podjetju opazil pomanjkljivosti. S podajo teoretičnega opisa in slikovnega materiala so prikazane rešitve posameznega ključa.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis, the method of 20 keys is described in detail, with the help of the method I tried to describe the current workflow and the actual state of the company Orodjarna Imenšek. Because the method as a whole speaks of how to organize a company and how to bring the company to a higher standard of operations with the help of conceptual solutions. The practical part describes seven keys, where I noticed deficiencies in the company. The solutions of individual keys are showed up with theoretical description and with pictures.
