Panožne celovite informacijske rešitve na primeru gradbeništva

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili celovite informacijske rešitve, ki prinašajo vrsto prednosti za poslovanje družbe kot celote, če se le pravilno uporabljajo. Glavni namen teh rešitev je v povezavi vseh oddelkov družbe oz. organizacije v en sam računalniški sistem in z eno centralno bazo. Prikazali smo poenostavljen razvoj in strukturo ERP-rešitev ter njihove možnosti uvedbe. Prav tako smo se ukvarjali z vprašanjem smiselnosti nakupa že izdelane rešitve s potrebnimi prilagoditvami ali pa se podati v lastni razvoj oz. nadgraditi obstoječ informacijski sistem. Osredotočili smo se na gradbeno panogo ter predstavili obstoječe ERP-rešitve za izbrano panogo, ki v nekaterih segmentih še ne nudijo ustreznih rešitev. Predvsem opažamo, da v družbi ne izkoriščajo vseh možnosti, ki jih programska oprema ponuja na področju kalkulacij in pokalkulacij. V praktičnem delu smo predstavili izbrano družbo, njegovo dejavnost in organiziranost. Na kratko smo povzeli obstoječe stanje ter izpostavili prednosti in slabosti sedanje informacijske podpore. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena bodoča organiziranost z enovito informacijsko podporo za vsa področja poslovanja oz. z ustrezno ERP-rešitvijo.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis the Enterprise Resource Planning (Solutions ERP), its benefits to the whole company business as well as its appropriate usage are introduced. The main purpose of these solutions is the connection of all departments in the company into a computer system with one database. Development simplification, structure and possibility of introducing the ERP solutions are represented, too. We have considered reasonableness of buying an already completed solution system and the possibility of adaptation or even development of our own information system. We have concentrated on the construction branch and presented the already existing ERP solutions. It has come to our notice that this company does not take advantage of all available options which are given by the operation system in the area of calculations and post calculations. In the second part the chosen construction company, their activities and organization are described. We summarized the current situation and pointed out strengths and weaknesses of their information support. Possible future information organization is dealt with in the following stages of the thesis, as well as the support system for every business area of the company.
