Abstract
Poenostavljeno lahko rečemo, da elektronsko poslovanje pomeni »poslovati elektronsko«. Pomembno je predvsem na treh področjih: v povezovanju med potrošniki in organizacijami, v notranjem poslovanju in v poslovanju med organizacijami. V najširšem smislu vključuje uporabo vseh oblik informacijske in komunikacijske tehnologije v poslovnih odnosih med trgovinskimi, proizvodnimi in storitvenimi organizacijami, potrošniki in državno upravo.
Spregledati ne gre dejstvo, da je v 1. četrtletju 2008 je imelo dostop do interneta 97 % podjetij z 10 ali več zaposlenimi osebami, kar je za 1 odstotno točko več v zadnjih treh letih.
Elektronsko poslovanje med podjetji predstavlja največji del elektronskega poslovanja.
Elektronsko poslovanje s končnimi uporabniki zajema veliko novih področij, ki večinoma temeljijo na poslovanju z uporabo internetnih spletnih strani. Potrošniku omogočajo opravljanje raznovrstnih opravil preko domačega računalnika, od elektronskega bančništva, oglaševanja, nakupovanja zavarovalništva, itd.
V četrtem poglavju sem obširneje predstavila nekatere poslovne modele in storitve, ki jih kot državljani lahko opravimo preko spleta, ter prednosti in pomanjkljivosti posluževanja nekaterih poslovnih modelov.
Glede na raziskanost posameznih modelov elektronskega poslovanja menim, da se ljudje vedno bolj poslužujejo interneta za opravljanje določenih storitev, saj je ta možnost cenejša in hitrejša od klasične.

Secondary abstract: |
We can say, that electronic business means »to business by electronic«. Above all it is very important on three areas: in connection between consumers and companies, in internal business and in business between companies. In a wider ways includes a use of all forms of information and communication technologys in business relations between commercial and production organizations, consumers and state administration.
We can not overlook a fact, that in a first quarter of 2008 had 97% companies with 10 and more employes an access to inernet, which is for 1 percent point more in the last three years.
Electronic business between companies represent the largest part of electronic business.
Electronic business with consumers includes a lot of a new areas, which are based on business by using internet web pages. They make possible to consumer to do a lot of business from home with his computer, which is electronic banking, advertasing, shopping, etc.
In fourth part I introduced some business models, which we can use as citizens on internet and advantages and disadvantages of some of a business models.
Regarding on research of some models of electronic business, I think, that people are using more and more electronic business to do some of a business on internet, because this is cheaper and faster than do this things on classical ways.
