Abstract

Secondary title: COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF SEPARATION WALL OF TRANSPPORTATION VEHICLE
Secondary abstract: This diploma work represents steel construction of separation wall for transportation vehicles and computer simulations of such a structure behavior by loads with Finite element method (FEM). Steel structure of separation wall is analyzed on demand of Rules on requirements for change of vehicle category (Gazette of Republic of Slovenia, No. 70/2008). Goal of diploma work was development of computer model, for execution of computer simulations of separation wall behavior at most unsuitable position of load for further use by computer simulations. Results of numerical analyze have shown, that calculation of deformation for a whole separation wall is comparable with mechanical test. The FEM model of separation wall has deformed almost identically to the real model at the mechanical test.
