Informacijska podpora pri obračunu plač na primeru rešitve BAAN

Abstract

V teoretičnem delu naloge predstavljam informacijski sistem, ERP rešitve – njihove prednosti in slabosti, predstavim rešitev Baan ter podrobneje predstavim rešitev BaanERP finance. Informacijski sistem sestavljajo naslednje sestavine: strojna in programska oprema, podatki, postopki in ljudje, ne glede na velikost podjetja. ERP rešitve povezujejo podatke in procese organizacije v enoten sistem. V praktičnem delu pa podrobneje predstavljam rešitev Baan pri obračunu plač, kjer ugotavljam, da omogoča hitrejše in lažje delo. Omogoča pa, da so podatki dostopni vsem zaposlenim, kar pa omogoča, da se lahko med seboj dopolnjujejo pri svojem delu.

Secondary abstract:	Im theoretischen Teil meiner Diplomarbeit stelle ich das Informationssystem vor, die ERP Lösungen: ihre Vor- und Nachteile. Ich stelle die BAAN Lösung vor, weiterhin auch BaanERP Finanzen. Das Informationssystem besteht aus Maschinen und Programausrüstung, Angaben, verfahren und Leuten, ungeachtet der Firmagröße. ERP Lösungen verbinden Angaben und Prozessen eines Unternehmens ins einheintliche System. Im praktischem Teil der Diplomarbeit wird die Lösung Baan der Lohnabrehnung genauer vorgestellt. Ich habe festgestellt, daß sie leichtere und schnellere Arbeit ermöglicht. Die Angaben sind damit allen Beschäftigten zugänglich, deswegen können sie sich bei ihrer Arbeit ergänzen.
