Izvedba nadvoza 4 - 4 na avtocestnem odseku Beltinci - Lendava

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo proučevali gradnjo nadvoza 4 – 4 na avtocestnem odseku Beltinci–Lendava. Gradnja je potekala v dveh fazah: izvedba spodnje konstrukcije ter izvedba zgornje konstrukcije objekta. Spodnja konstrukcija je zajemala izvedbo temeljnih blazin, opornikov in stebrov. Zgornja konstrukcija pa je zajemala montažo jeklenega podpornega odra, montažo opaža za prekladno konstrukcijo, polaganje armature in kablov za prednapenjanje, betoniranje, napenjanje kablov, injektiranje prednapetih kablov, demontažo jeklene podporne konstrukcije, demontažo opaža ter opremo objekta. Pri gradnji je bilo potrebno upoštevati terminske plane ter pravočasno dobavljati na gradbišče potrebne materiale. Pri vsem tem pa upoštevati, da bo objekt zgrajen kvalitetno, da bo zanesljiv, saj s tem zmanjšamo stroške vzdrževanja.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma work we thoroughly studied the construction of the overpass 4 – 4 on the highway section Beltinci–Lendava. The construction took place in two phases: the realization of the lower construction and the realization of the upper construction of the object. The lower construction included the construction of foundation pads, pillars and columns. The upper construction included the setting up of the steel scaffold, the setting up of panelling for the reloading construction, placing of the fittings and cables for the prestressing, concreting, cable stressing, injecting of prestressed cables, taking down the steel scaffold, taking down the panelling and the equipment of the object. Terminal plans as well as the punctual supply of necessary materials to the construction site had to be taken into consideration at construction. With all this it has to be considered that the object being built has quality and reliability and therefore the maintenance costs can be reduced.
