Abstract
Izziv, s katerim se danes soočajo banke, je vzpostaviti takšno elektronsko bančništvo, ki bo zagotavljalo visok nivo storitvene in informacijske celovitosti. Banke morajo zaradi tega spreminjati način poslovanja, ker bi tako postale bolj učinkovite in fleksibilne. S tem bi povečale zadovoljstvo komitentov in svoj tržni delež.
Problem diplomske naloge je omejen na elektronsko poslovanje in del aktivnih poslov Nove KBM, d. d., – področje stanovanjskih kreditov. Preučeni sta dve možni obliki ponudbe, ki se ju banke na slovenskem bančnem trgu poslužujejo (osebna ponudba in ponudba na spletnih straneh).
S pomočjo ankete med naključnimi kreditojemalci smo izluščili prednosti in pomanjkljivosti obeh ponudb v Novi KBM, d. d. Analiza obstoječih ponudb je pokazala, da je osebna ponudba stanovanjskih kreditov na visoki ravni, medtem ko je ponudba na spletnih straneh potrebna nadgradnje. Iz rezultatov ankete izhaja, da je za kreditojemalce pomembna tako osebna kot internetna ponudba, saj se za pridobivanje informacij poslužujejo obeh razpoložljivih možnosti.
Elektronsko kreditiranje je v Novi KBM, d. d., podprto le deloma. Manjkajoče storitve, za katere so tehnološke rešitve že poznane, bi bilo treba dograditi. Elektronskemu naročilu za kredit takoj, bi bilo treba dodati še možnost naročila za stanovanjski kredit. Ob dograditvi elektronskega naročila z elektronskim podpisovanjem in elektronskim pošiljanjem kreditne pogodbe bi bila to za komitente zelo dobra rešitev, ker bi se lahko tako kredit v celoti uredil na elektronski način. Pri bolj zapletenem postopku kreditiranja (npr. zavarovanje kreditov z zastavo nepremičnine) bi bilo najbolje elektronski način dopolnjevati z osebnim finančnim svetovanjem izbranega bančnega komercialista.

Secondary abstract: |
A challenge imposed upon banking institutions nowadays is the establishment of electronic banking which would ensure high level of service and information integrity.
Therefore, the banks have to make their banking services more effective and flexible in order to improve customer satisfaction and increase their market share.
The focus of this diploma work is on the electronic banking and the active business part of the Nova KBM d.d. Bank – the field of housing loans. Analysed were the two possible tender forms employed by the banks on the Slovenian bank market, i.e. the personal offer and the online offer.
On the basis of a survey carried out among borrowers at random the advantages and disadvantages of the both possible offers in the Nova KBM d.d. were identified. The analysis of the existing offers has shown that the personal offer is on a high level, whereas the online offer needs upgrading. The outcome of the survey has shown that the personal as well as the online offer is important to borrowers because they make use of both available possibilities to obtain information.
Electronic loans are sustained at the Nova KBM d.d.only partially. The missing services, for which the technological solutions are already known, need further upgrading. The electronic orders of an immediate loan should be accompanied by the possibility of ordering the housing loan. Furthermore, the upgrading of the electronic ordering by means of electronic signature and electronic transmission would represent a very good solution for clients as the loan could be entirely managed electronically. For more complicated processes of lending (e.g. mortgage loan insurance) the best solution would be to supplement the electronic banking with personal financial counselling by the chosen bank commercialist.
