Abstract
POVZETEK
Dostopnost storitev javne uprave državljanom in njena reforma sta ključna izziva, s katerima se država srečuje v današnjem času. Z vpeljavo modernih rešitev informacijske tehnologije in nadgradnjo komunikacijske infrastrukture postaja večnivojski dostop uslužbencev javne uprave, njenih dobaviteljev in državljanov resničnost.
Sodobne komunikacijske tehnologije so neizogiben del vsakega poslovnega okolja. Sem spadajo tudi intraneti, ki lahko predstavljajo hrbtenico notranjega komuniciranja v organizaciji ter eno osnovnih orodij dela delovnega mesta.
Diplomska naloga obravnava e-portale in intranet na primeru Upravne enote Laško.
V prvem delu diplomske naloge sem proučila in opisala e-upravo in se nato osredotočila na e-portale. Poudarek je na slovenskem državnem portalu (e-uprava). Spoznala sem, da e-portali ponujajo veliko storitev, vendar uporabniki le teh bodisi ne poznajo ali pa jim ne zaupajo. Večina uporabnikov še vedno uporablja njim najbolj poznan način, čakanje v vrsti, negodovanje nad delom javnih uslužbencev, itd.
V drugem delu pa sem se osredotočila na Intranet na primeru Upravne enote Laško. Zanimalo me je, kako je uvedba intraneta vplivala na zaposlene.
Med zaposlenimi sem izvedla anketo, s katero sem izvedela, kakšno je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih po uvedbi intraneta v Upravni enoti.
Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da so zaposleni dobro sprejeli uvedbo intraneta. Menijo, da je aplikacija v osnovi zelo dobro zasnovana, vendar bi jo bilo potrebno še dograditi, predvsem v smislu grafične podobe.

ABSTRACT
Accessibility of public administration services for the citizens and its reform are the main challenges the country is facing today. By introducing modern solutions in information technology and upgrading communications infrastructure, the multilevel accessibility for public administration employees, its suppliers, and the citizens is becoming reality.
Modern communications technologies have become an inevitable part of every business environment. These include also intranets, which can represent the backbone of the internal communication in an organization and one of the main work tools.
The thesis deals with e-portals and intranet in the case of Administrative Unit Laško.
The first part of the thesis includes the study and description of e-administration and the focus on e-portals. The emphasis is on the Slovenian State Portal (e-administration). The study shows that e-portals offer a lot of services yet the users either do not know or do not trust these services. The majority of users still recourse to the more familiar manner, such as waiting in line and expressing one's disapproval of the civil servants' work.
The second part of the thesis focuses on the intranet in the case of Administrative Unit Laško. The aim was to study the effect the introduction of the intranet had on the employees. An opinion poll was conducted to find out the employees' level of contentment with the introduction of the intranet. The poll results show that the employees have well received the introduction of the intranet. The employees think that the application is very well designed but according to their opinion it needs to be improved, especially in the graphic sense.
