Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti lastnosti različnih biogoriv in vpliv uporabe biogoriv na karakteristike procesa vbrizgavanja. V ta namen smo določili kemijske in fizikalne lastnosti biodizelskega goriva, mineralnega dizelskega goriva in mešanic bioetanola z dizelskim in biodizelskim gorivom s splošno priznanimi testi. Hitrosti zvoka testiranih goriv smo izvedli z merjenjem hitrosti širjenja tlačnih valov na določeni dolžini. Pozornost je posvečena ugotavljanju vpliva 85% dizelskega goriva in 15% bioetanola (D85E15) ter 85% biodizelskega goriva ter 15% bioetanola (B85E15) na karakteristike procesa vbrizganja, zlasti na karakteristiko vbrizga, potek tlakov vbrizgavanja in dviga igle vbrizgalne šobe. Na osnovi narejenih analiz in eksperimentalno pridobljenih rezultatov lahko sklepamo, da ima bioetanol pomemben vpliv na karakteristiko procesa vbrizgavanja in da je temu ustrezno potrebno spremeniti nastavitve motorja za dosego ustreznih ekoloških, ekonomskih in zmogljivostnih karakteristik motorja..

Secondary title: The influence of biofuels properties on injection process characteristics
Secondary abstract: The purpose of diploma work is to identify the characteristics of different biofuels and the impact of biofuels on the characteristics of the process of injecting. For this purpose we determined the chemical and physical properties of biodiesel, mineral diesel and blends of bioethanol and biodiesel with diesel fuel, with generally accepted tests. The speed of sound of the tested fuels was determined by measuring the speed of the spread of pressure waves at a certain length. Attention is focused on determining the impact of 85% diesel and 15% bioethanol (D85E15) and 85% biodiesel and 15% bioethanol (B85E15) on the characteristics of the process of injection, particularly on the injection characteristic, course of injection pressure and raising the needle injectors. Based on the analysis made and the experimental results obtained, it can be concluded that bioethanol has a significant impact on the characteristics of the process of injecting and that, the engine needs to be modified accordingly in order to achieve the appropriate environmental, economic and performance characteristics of the engine.
