Abstract

V doktorski disertaciji predstavljamo celovit pristop k sočasnemu optimiranju mase, topologije, diskretnih materialov in standardnih prerezov konstrukcije jeklenih hal. Optimiranje bomo izvedli z mešanim celoštevilskim nelinearnim programiranjem (MINLP). Ker z MINLP izvajamo optimiranje topologije in standardnih dimenzij na način, da se v optimizacijskem procesu posamezni konstrukcijski elementi računsko odvzamejo in/ali dodajajo, izračunavajo pa se tudi standardni materiali, dimenzije in oblika konstrukcije, z MINLP v bistvu izvajamo sintezo konstrukcij. V doktorski disertaciji tako obravnavamo sintezo realnih inženirskih konstrukcij jeklenih hal velikega obsega.

Secondary abstract: The Ph.D. thesis presents the simultaneous mass, topology, discrete material and standard cross-section optimization of a single storey steel building. The structural optimization is performed by the Mixed-Integer Non-linear Programming approach (MINLP). The MINLP approach performs the discrete optimization of topology, material and standard dimensions, while parameters are simultaneously calculated inside the continuous space. During the optimization proces some structural elements are automatically added or removed from the structure. The Ph.D. thesis thus discusses the MINLP synthesis of a single storey steel building.
