Izvršba na podlagi verodostojne listine

Abstract

V nalogi obravnavam izvršbo na podlagi verodostojne listine. Tema se mi zdi zelo zanimiva, saj je to področje, ki je doživelo veliko novitet. V uvodnem delu skušam predstaviti in obdelati pojem postopka izvršbe in izvršilnega prava, nato opisujem pojem verodostojna listina in njene značilnosti. Drugo fazo posvečam postopku izvršbe na podlagi verodostojne listine in novemu avtomatiziranemu postopku, ki sta jedro mojega dela, saj sem iz tega lahko izluščil ugotovitve. V sklepni fazi predstavljam ugotovitve, ki sem jih zahvaljujoč raziskovanju pridobil.

Secondary abstract:	In the paper I deal with the Execution on the grounds of an Authentic Act. I find the named subject of the paper interesting, since this field has experienced a lot of novelties (since this field went lately through a lot of changes or novelties). In the first part of the paper I introduce the procedure of the Execution on the grounds of an Authentic Act with different methods, then I explain the concept of the Authentic Act. In the second part I give a more detailed examination of the procedure of the Execution on the grounds of an Authentic Act and the examination of a new automated procedure. Finally, in the last part of the paper I introduce the conclusions and ascertainmens of the research I made.
