Abstract

S pomočjo konvencionalne ekstrakcije in superkritične ekstrakcije s CO2 posušenih plodov brusnic smo pripravili ekstrakte v katerih smo določili vsebnost nekaterih fenolnih spojin. V pripravljenih ekstraktih smo določali koncentracije celokupnih monomernih antocianinov, celokupnih fenolov, celokupnih flavonoidov, proantocianidinov in taninov s spektrofotometričnimi metodami.

Secondary title: Separation of bioactive compounds from cranberries
Secondary abstract: Dried cranberries were extracted and obtained extracts were analyzed on the content of phenolic compounds. Conventional extraction with organic solvents and supercritical extraction with CO2 were applied. For conventional extraction 60 % solution of acetone and 35 % solution of ethanol were used. Extractions were performed at temperature 22°C and at temperature 40 °C in two steps. Concentrations of total monomeric anthocyanins, total phenols, total flavonoids, proanthocyanidins and tanins were determined in prepared extracts by spectrophotometric methods. The absorbances at different wavelengths were measured and according to calibration curves concentrations were calculated. Results were expressed per gram of extract and per gram of material. The kinetics of extractions was followed, so that the samples were taken at different time intervals during the process of extraction and variation of concentration with time was monitored.
