Abstract

Namen dela je izbrati najboljši tehnološki postopek izdelave pralnega hidroolefobiranega nubuka najboljše kakovosti. Hidrooleofobirani obutveni nubuk smo testirali na pranje in sušenje v pralno — sušilnem stroju za običajno domačo uporabo, uporabili smo program in sredstvo za pranje za občutljivega perila. Testiranja po takšnem enkratnem in trikratnem pranju in sušenju so vsebovala analize drgnjenja po metodah Veslic in Crockmeter, Spray test, Ballyjev penetrometrični test, vpijanje vodne kaplje, testiranje hidrofobnosti in oleofobnosti po metodi 3M pred in po abraziji, določevanje vsebnosti lipofilnih snovi z ekstrakcijo z diklorometanom, določevanje pH vodnega ekstrakta, določevanje paroprepustnosti ter meritve skrčenja, spremembe barve in oprijema po pranju in sušenju.Za ovrednotenje rezultatov merjenih parametrov smo uporabili osnovne statistične metode kot so povprečna vrednost in mediana, standardni odmik in relativni standardni odmik in medsebojne korelacije parametrov, in napredne kemometrijske metode kot so metoda glavnih osi (PCA), metoda analize grup (CA) in metoda linearne diskriminantne analize (LDA).

Secondary title: Chemometrics quality characterization of water and oil repellent nubuck
Secondary abstract: Water and oil repellent shoe nubuck was tested before and after multiple washing and drying in domestic laundry machine. Programs and detergents for sensitive garments were used. Applied tests were rub fastness by Veslic and Crockmeter, Spray test, Ballys dynamic penetrometer test, water drop test, 3M water and oil repellency before and after the abrasion, determination of fatty substances by extraction method using dichloromethane, pH determination of aqueous extract from leather, determination of water vapour permeability, shrinkage measurements and softness, and colour fastness evaluation after washing and drying. The aim of the thesis is to select the best waterproof technology for preparing best quality washable nubuck. For handling the results of measuring parameters different chemometric methods were employed, such as basic statistical methods for the determination of mean and median values, standard deviations, minimal and maximal values of measured parameters and their mutual correlation coefficients, and advanced chemometrics methods like the principal component analysis (PCA), cluster analysis (CA), and linear discriminant analysis (LDA).
