Abstract

Pričujoče diplomsko delo je nastalo s področja neporušitvenih preiskav zvarnih spojev, konkretneje s področja ultrazvočnih preiskav. Ultrazvočne preiskave se v vsakdanji industrijski praksi uporabljajo za različne namene. V diplomskem delu je obravnavana ultrazvočna preiskava, s katero je bila preverjena kakovost izvedenih zvarnih spojev na bagrski roki. Bagrsko roko proizvaja podjetje SCT TKO d.o.o., za naročnika Terex O&K. Ultrazvočna preiskava je potekala z uporabo impulzno-eho tehnike in v skladu s standardom 074701 Teil 1, ki ga je predpisal naročnik Terex O&K. Cilj diplomskega dela je opisati glavne karakteristike ultrazvočnih preiskav, ter ovrednotiti, oceniti in analizirati rezultate, ki so bili dobljeni z ultrazvočno preiskavo zvarnih spojev na bagrski roki.

Secondary abstract: The contents of this diploma work are focused primarily on non-destructive testing of welded joints, particularly in the field of ultrasonic testing. In industrial practice, ultrasonic testing is used for many different tasks. In this diploma work, ultrasonic testing was used to test the quality of welded joints on an excavator arm. The excavator arm is produced by the company SCT TKO d.o.o. for a client company Terex O&K. The ultrasonic testing technique which was used to examine these welded joints is called the impulse-echo technique. Testing was performed in accordance with standard 074701 Teil 1, which was supplied by Terex O&K. The goal of this diploma work is to describe the main characteristics of ultrasonic testing and also to evaluate and analyze results, gained with the ultrasonic testing of welded joints on the excavator arm.
