Abstract

Pri proizvodnji elektrike, v industriji elektronike ter farmaciji se pogosto uporablja ultra čista voda. To je filtrirana voda, ki vsebuje zelo malo kemijskih primesi ostalih elementov – je skoraj kemično čista voda. Za pripravo ultra čiste vode se uporabljajo membranske tehnologije, kot so mikrofiltracija, ultrafiltracija, reverzna osmoza ter v zadnjem času elektrodeionizacija, ki zamenjuje trenutno uveljavljeno tehnologijo odstranjevanja ionov z ionsko izmenjevalnimi smolami. V eksperimentalnem delu sem opravil meritve na EDI modulu. Glede na podatke sem izračunal masni koeficient prenosa ter Sherwoovodo število ter ga primerjal s teoretičnim.

Secondary title: Membrane technologies for ultra-clean water preparation
Secondary abstract: Ultra clean water is most commonly used in power industry, microelectronic and pharmacy. Ultra clean water is filtrated water with very little other chemical elements – almost chemical pure water. For ultra clean water preparation, we use membrane technologies such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmoses and lately, electrodeionization, which replaces commonly used technology of removing ions with ion exchange resins. For experimental work, process parameters of EDI module had been measured. According on gathered information's, mass transfer coefficient and Sherwood number has been calculated and compared with theoretic values.
