Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena celotna rešitev in izvedba komunikacije med prodajnimi avtomati in glavno procesno enoto (Commander) na avtomatskem bencinskem servisu 24/7. Namen povezovanja prodajnih avtomatov je pošiljanje podatkov o prodaji ter oddaljeno upravljanje. Za izvedbo zastavljenega cilja smo uporabili tehnologijo vodila, ki jo predpisuje telekomunikacijski standard RS-485 z diferenčnim načinom prenosa.. Predstavili smo postopek izdelave zaporednega vmesnika za podporo plačilnemu terminalu, preko katerega smo zmožni pošiljati podatke o prodaji. Cilj diplomskega dela je izdelava zaneslijvega in robustnega sistema povezovanja po večtočkovnem vodilu, ki je sposoben obratovati v šumnih okoljih.

Secondary title: Development of serial interface for payment terminal on vending machines
Secondary abstract: The diploma work represents the implementation for communication between vending machines and the main processing unit (Commander) on the automatic petrol station 24/7. The purpose of connecting vending machines is sending inventory data and remote management. For achieving the seted goal we have used the bus technology prescribed by the telecommunicatin standard RS-485 taht uses differential data transmission. We also have intruduced the process of development ot the serial interface for the payment terminal which enables sending inventory data. The main goal of the diploma work is to develop a reliable communication system by using multipoint bus technology that is capable to operate in noisy environment.
