Abstract

Elektronsko bančništvo je postalo v kratkem času vsakdanji pojav ter nujen del bančne ponudbe, če banka še želi ostati konkurenčna in obdržati svoje komitente. V slovenskem bančnem prostoru je prisotna zelo močna konkurenca med bankami pri ponujanju svojih storitev, saj je skoraj ni banke, ki se ne bi rokovala z internetnim bančništvom. Da bo slovensko bančništvo lahko vzdržalo korak z razvitim svetom, bodo morale banke svoje bančne storitve vedno bolj dopolnjevati in ustvarjati take storitve, ki bodo strankam zanimive. Lahko rečemo, da je elektronsko bančništvo v nekaj letih osvojilo že skoraj vsak dom. Elektronsko bančništvo nam omogoča udobno, hitrejše, kvalitetnejše in ekonomično poslovanje. Navadili smo se namreč, da imamo dostop do svojega denarja in opravljanja bančnih storitev 24 ur na dan vse dni v letu. Na eni strani takšen način komuniciranja z banko uporabnikom omogoča hitrejše in preglednejše poslovanje ter nenazadnje prihranek časa in denarja kot bankam, kot ponudnikom opisanih storitev pa nižje stroške poslovanja na daljši rok. Banke se prilagajajo novi informacijski družbi z uvajanjem novih prodajnih poti ter novih pristopov pri prodaji storitev. Nove prodajne poti v bankah zahtevajo precejšnje naložbe, spremembe v organizaciji delovnih procesov in spremembe poslovnih modelov obnašanja bank. Za preprosto in varno plačevanje storitev ter blaga doma in v tujini je strankam na voljo širok izbor plačilnih kartic. V moderni finančni industriji postajajo cena, hitrost, varnost in prilagodljivost primarne sestavine za uspeh. Standardnemu načinu stika s komitenti prek bančnega okenca so se pridružili bankomati, plačilne kartice, telefonsko bančništvo, elektronsko bančništvo.

Secondary abstract: Electronic banking became in a short period of time an everyday occurrence and an essential part of banking services. There is a very strong competition between Slovenian banks (referring to banking services) because all banks have come across internet banking. In order for the Slovene banking to keep up with the developed world, the banks will have to supplement and create such banking services that will be interesting and appealing to the customers. We can say that the electronic banking has already conquered practically every home in just a few years. Electronic banking enables more comfortable, faster, economical and more quality business. We’ve become used to having access to our money and banking services at every time, 24 hours a day, all year round. This way of banking enables faster and more transparent business for the users. Furthermore, this way of communicating with the bank saves a lot of money and time for both customers and banks. Also, electronic banking represents lower prices of banking services. The banks are adjusting to the new information society by implementing new sales channels and new approaches of selling services. New sales channels in banking require considerable investments, changes in the organization of working processes and changes of the business models of the behavior of banks. For simple and safe payments of goods and services, at home and abroad, customers can choose from a wide selection of pay cards. Price, velocity, safety and adaptability are becoming primary components of success in the modern financial industry. ATM, pay cards, telephone and electronic banking have joined the standard way of contacting the customers through the small bank counter.
