Abstract
V prvem delu naloge je predstavljena ustanovitvena vizija ter kratka zgodovina podjetja. Osrednji del naloge je predstavitev obstoječe politike podjetja, vizije, strategije ter organizacijske strukture. V zadnjem delu naloge pa so plani razvoja tako na ravni politike podjetja kot na ravni strateškega managementa.
Vizija podjetja je stalnica razvoja in obstoja podjetja. V prvi vrsti mora podjetje zapisati vizijo podjetja, prepoznati vrednote podjetja, prednosti in slabosti, priložnosti in nevarnosti, notranje in zunanje okolje podjetja, konkurenco podjetja. Na osnovi vizije se v podjetju razvije politika podjetja, ki je izhodišče za poslanstvo, smoter in temeljne cilje. Osrednjo vlogo v podjetju ima strateški management, ki poskuša opredeljeno politiko tudi uresničiti in sicer s strategijami; splošnimi, temeljnimi in poslovnimi, ter z iskanjem strateških možnosti, strategij, s programom razvoja podjetja.
Največji dejavnik pa je vsekakor človeški dejavnik, saj brez dobrega kadra ne vzkali še tako dobra ideja. V predstavljenem podjetju se predvsem človeškega dejavnika dobro zavedajo, saj je njihov slogan: LJUDJE SO TISTI, KI DAJEJO VREDNOST IN MOČ IDEJI.

Summary
The establishment vision and short history of the company is presented in the first part of my work. Its central part includes presentation of present company policy, it's vision strategies and organizing structures. In the last part there are plans for establishment on a company policy level as well as on strategy management level.
The development vision is constancy of development and companies existence. First of all the company must write down its vision, recognise its values, advantages, dissadvantages, its oportunities and dangers inner and outher spaceof the company and competition.
The policy of the company is developed basing on its vision which is starting-point for its mission, purpose and fundamental aims.
The strategy managment has central part in the company which tries to carrie out the defined policy with different strategies, common, fundamental and bussines one san also by finding strategic possibilities. Different strategies and programe of company development.
But the biggest factor is by all means the human factor becouse without good cadre no good idea can grow or develope. In presented company people are well aware of human factor and therefore their slogan is: PEOPLE ARE THE ONES WHO GIVE VALUE AND POWER TO THE IDEA!
