Abstract

Podjetja so pri vsakodnevnem poslovanju izpostavljena številnim poslovnim tveganjem.

Secondary abstract: Companies are exposed to numerous operation risks. Any company wishing to avoid risks in its operations should first understand them and then adequately protect against the possible risks. The most reliable and simple instrument of protection is a bank guarantee. Bank guarantee receiving a contractual partner the bank warranty is thus in a safer position and can eliminate credit risk as well as some of the other types of risk. It takes on an obligation towards the counterparty entering into the warranty agreement, namely should the third party, with an obligation toward the warranty beneficiary not fulfill their obligation, the bank will pay the agreed upon contractual fee to the first counterparty, being the beneficiary. Bank guarantees are a very safe instrument of protection and at the same time also very expensive instrument of protection, because they fit in with bank services for which banks are charging themselves comparatively high commissions.
