Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti pomembnost učinkovite informacijske podpore v hotelu, ki skrajšuje delovne procese, zmanjšuje rutinska dela ter povečuje čas hotelskega osebja, ki ga porabi za neposreden stik z gosti. Tema diplomske naloge je informatizacija hotelskega poslovanja na primeru Micros—Fidelio Opera. V nalogi lahko preberemo na splošno o informacijskih sistemih, značilnosti hotelskih informacijskih sistemov in opis sistema Micros — Fidelio Opera z njegovimi funkcionalnostmi.
