diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični del in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu bomo predstavili kadrovsko funkcijo, njeno pomembnost za podjetja in pomembnost odnosov med njimi.
Praktični del pa opisuje Generali zavarovalnico, njeno zgodovino, dejavnosti in kadrovsko strukturo. V nadaljevanju bomo analizirali absentizem in fluktuacijo, ter preučili številne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na stopnji absentizma in fluktuacije v podjetju od leta 2005 do leta 2007. Na podlagi tega bomo skušali ugotoviti vzroke za takšno stanje in podali ugotovitve kako stanje izboljšati oziroma ga zadržati.

Empirical part of our dissertation describes Generali insurance company, its full activity from the beginning to now and social structure. Further in our dissertation we analyzed absenteeism and turnover and closely examine numerous factors which affect absenteeism and turnover level at the company`s data from 2005 to 2007. Based on that, we tried to establish the causes for this situation.
