Abstract

Z primerjavo klasične in pasivne hiše sem želel doseči, da bi se investitorji lažje odločali za gradnjo pasivnih in nizkoenergijskih objektov, saj v tem primeru zadostijo večjim interesnim skupinam. Podjetjem, ki se s tem ukvarjajo, se odpirajo nova delovna mesta, okolje pa posredno manj onesnažujemo z izpusti CO2. Kar pa je najbolje, lastnik ki živi v takem okolju je bolj zadovoljen. Zmanjšana je poraba energije, investicija pa se povrne v zadovoljivem roku.

Secondary abstract: By comparing classical and passive houses, I wanted that investors would be better choices for the construction of passive and low buildings, as in this case meet the major stakeholders, both companies, those involved, opening new jobs, so the environment which indirectly, less polluting emissions of CO2. Which is the best, the owner who lives in such an environment, the more satisfied. Reduced energy consumption, the investment is repaid in a satisfactory timescale.
