Abstract

Delo se navezuje na področje motivacije za izobraževanje, obenem pa zajema še pojem konkurenčnosti. Teoretični del zajema ponovitev motivacijskih teorij, pojem in pomen motivacije, v raziskovalni del pa je bilo vključeno podjetje s področja revizije. V obstoječem podjetju smo ugotavljali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract:	My paper covers the field of motivation for education – learning. At the same time the concepts touches the topic of competitiveness. The paper, consists of theoretical part and of the research project. The theoretical part covers essentially all those chapters that determine the interface of motivation and education. The paper deals with the most popular or best known motivation theories, the origin and the concept of the aim – objective of education which in turn is connected with the education itself.
