diplomsko delo
Abstract
Vse, kar danes delamo v sklopu svoje poslovne dejavnosti s pomočjo računalniških aplikacij in računalniških omrežij, imenujemo elektronsko poslovanje.
Elektronsko poslovanje je pomembno predvsem na štirih področjih:
· povezovanje med potrošniki in podjetjem;
· notranjem poslovanju podjetja;
· poslovanju med podjetji;
· poslovanju državne administracije med seboj in z občani.
Elektronsko poslovanje danes pomeni poslovati elektronsko oz. poslovati v elektronski obliki z uporabo informacijske in komunikacijske tehnologije.
Elektronsko bančništvo pomeni sklepati bančne posle na elektronski način. Večinoma potrebujemo elektronsko banko le za enostavno plačevanje položnic in pregledovanje prometa na transakcijskem računu.
Oblike elektronskega bančništva so:
· elektronsko bančništvo med bankami;
· elektronsko bančništvo pri poslovanju s strankami — tukaj gre za bančništvo od doma, samopostrežne aparate in plačilne kartice;
· elektronsko bančništvo v banki.
Elektronsko bančništvo se je v zadnjem desetletju izkazalo za eno najbolj dobičkonosnih spletnih storitev. Glavni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na uporabo elektronskega bančništva so po podatkih RIS predvsem skrb za varnost oz. zasebnost, finančna tveganja, način dojemanja prednosti, uporabnosti storitve ter odnos do spletnih storitev nasploh.
Storitve elektronskega bančništva delimo na:
· informacijske (stanje in transakcije na komitentovih računih, o dogajanju na kapitalskih trgih, borzi, kreditnih pogojih, obrestnih merah, …) in
· transakcijske (vse storitve, ki vključujejo plačilne instrumente — elektronski denar; sistemi, ki zahtevajo vodenje računov in storitve plačevanja s plačilnimi karticami).
Vse več komitentov opravlja transakcije izven poslovalnic bank in uporablja elektronske kanale in medije, ki nudijo večje udobje predvsem pa hitrejši postopek poslovanja.

Secondary abstract: |
Everything we`re doing today in complex of our business activity with assistance of computer applications and computer network is called electronic business.
Electronic business is mainly important on four areas:
• integration between consumer and corporation;
• internal operations of corporation;
• operations between corporations;
• internal operations of administration and operations with members of a cummunity.
Electronic business today means to do electronic business respectively to do business in electronic way with aplications of information and communication technology.
Electronic banking means to do banking business on electronic way. Normaly we need electronic bank only for easily paying postal order and for audit of trade on current account.
The forms of electronic banking are:
• electronic banking between banks;
• electronic banking in operatins with customer – banking from home, self-service appliances and paying cards;
• electroning banking in banks.
In last period of ten years electronic banking has been turned out for one of the most profitable network services. The principal factors, which influence to aplication of electronic banking are by the informations of UIS (RIS) concern for security and privacy, financial risk, approach to comprehension the advantage, service aplications and generally relation to network services.
Electronic banking services are:
• informational (financial situation and transactions on customers accounts, about situation on capital markets, stock markets, credit conditions, interest rates, …) and
• transactional (all services, that inclusive instruments of payment – electronic cash; systems that demand accounts management and services of paying with paying cards).
More and more customers do transactions outside bank offices and they are using electronic channels and media, who offer them more comfortable, and above all faster operation procedure. |
