Abstract

Internet je kot nov komunikacijski medij prinesel silovit napredek na tehnološkem področju. Z njegovim razvojem pa je tudi elektronsko poslovanje dobilo nove razsežnosti. Uporabnost interneta je neomejena tako s strani porabnikov za pridobivanje pomembnih informacij, izobraževanja, opravljanja nakupov (prek interneta) kot tudi za podjetja, ki internet lahko uporabijo kot novo tržno pot, elektronsko poslovanje in elektronsko trženje. Podjetja stremijo k uspešnemu poslovanju in le-to dandanes ni več možno brez ustreznega informacijskega sistema. Če želi podjetje elektronsko poslovati, mora spremeniti strukturo podjetja in na novo opredeliti osnovne modele poslovanja z moderno tehnologijo. Podjetja se za to odločajo, da bi izboljšala učinkovitost poslovanja, ki jo občutijo tako stranke podjetja kot podjetje samo. S prehodom na elektronko poslovanje podjetja predvsem skrajšajo čas določenim operacijam, imajo lažje dostopne in natančnejše informacije o stanju podjetja in zmanjšajo stroške, saj zaradi uporabe računalnikov in interneta zmanjšajo porabo pisarniškega materiala, poštnih storitev, hkrati pa ni več potrebna njihova fizična prisotnost, zato se izognejo stroškom odpiranja poslovalnic ter najema ali nakupa poslovnih prostorov. Večina podjetij začne svojo pot k elektronskemu poslovanju s predstavitvijo podjetja na internetu, ki običajno nastane kot odgovor konkurenci, ki je tam že prisotna. Z razvojem globalnega trga, pa je pojav podjetja na internetu postal nuja. Spletna trgovina je dovršena oblika internetne prodaje, ki vse bolj izpodriva tradicionalno trgovino, čeprav ne v vseh segmentih. Nakupovanje preko interneta je za potrošnike pomembno predvsem zato, ker jim omogoča dostop do trgovin skoraj povsod po svetu in ob vsakem času. Kupujejo lahko blago, ki ga v Sloveniji še ni na trgu, hkrati pa se jim ni treba odpraviti v tujino. Porabniki postajajo vse bolj osveščeni, zahtevni, brez zadržkov in predsodkov primerjajo ponudbe in med njimi izbirajo najboljše. Zato je zelo pomembna tudi kakovost izdelave spletne strani, ki je povezana predvsem z grafično obliko spletne strani in njeno vsebino. Potrebno je sestaviti takšno spletno stran, ki bo spletne uporabnike pritegnila k ponovnemu obisku. Kakovost spletne strani ima veliko vlogo pri uspešnosti poslovanja spletnih trgovin. Poleg tega, da je obiskovalcem in kupcem zagotovljena varnost poslovanja preko spleta, jim morajo spletne strani nuditi informacije, ki jih ti želijo. Zato so pri oblikovanju spletnih strani želje in zahteve kupcev še kako pomembne. Preglednost in lahka dostopnost informacij ter enostaven in varen postopek nakupa izdelka ali storitve so dejavniki, na katere se morajo lastniki spletnih trgovin še posebaj osredotočiti, saj lahko majhna napaka na spletu povzroči hiter upad prodaje, kajti informacije se po spletu širijo izredno hitro. Ažurnost in sprotno testiranje spletnih strani, je za obstoj na spletu nuja.

Secondary abstract: The Internet is a new medium of communication which brought fierce technological progress in the field. With its development, also electronic commerce has received a new dimension. The applicability of the Internet is unlimited so by users to obtain relevant information, education, provision of purchases (via Internet) as well as for companies that can use the Internet as a new marketing path, electronic commerce and electronic marketing. Companies seek to good performance and what they do nowadays do, is no longer possible without an information system. If a company wants to do business electronically, it must change the structure of the company and redefine the basic business models with modern technology. Companies decides for e-business to improve the effectiveness of business suffered by both customers and businesses as the company itself. Changing to electronically operating companies primarily they shorten the time of certain operations, they have more easily accessible and accurate information on the state of business and reduce costs because of the use of computers and the Internet to reduce the consumption of office supplies, postal services. Their physical presence is no longer required, so they avoid the cost of opening offices and hiring or purchasing some business area. Most of the companies strart their way to operate electronically, introducing their company over the web, what is usually an answer for competitors who are already there. With developing of the global market, occurrence of companies on the world wide web became necessary. Web store is an advanced form of Internet sales, which are increasingly displacing traditional trade, although not in all segments. Shopping online is particularly important for consumers because they can access the shops almost everywhere in the world and at any time. Can buy goods, which in Slovenia are not available, and they don’t have to go abroad. Consumers are becoming more conscious, demanding, without reservations and prejudices, they compare offers and choose the best among them. Very important thing in this field is also quality ob building web sites, which is mostly related to graphic design and their content. It is necessary to draw up such a site, which will attract online users to re-visit. The quality of the website plays a major role in the performance of online shops. In addition that companies must ensure the safety of online commerce, web sites must provide information that visitors and customers want. That’s why desires and demands of customers are very important during designing of the website. Therefore, in designing websites desires and demands of customers in importance. Transparency and easy accessibility of information and a simple and safe procedure for the purchase of a product or service are factors, to which the owners of online stores must have a special focus, because a small mistake on the internet can cause a rapid fall in sales since the information is disseminated very quickly through the network. Keeping sites up to date and testing them, is necessary for their existence.
