Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena analiza štirizgibnega mehanizma pristaniških žerjavov z grabilcem. Dvopomolni nagibni pristaniški žerjavi se, kot samo ime že pove, največkrat uporabljajo v pristaniščih, ladjedelnicah, dokih za popravilo ladij ter v skladiščih razsutega tovora.. Glavna prednost dvopomolnih žerjavov je vodoravno gibanje, tako grabilca kot tudi razlagalne vrvenice, posledica tega pa nespremenjena dolžina vrvi med razlagalno vrvenico in grabilcem ter minimalno nihanje grabilca pri obratovanju žerjava. Diplomsko delo zajema nekaj teoretičnih osnov, o nagibnih žerjavih. Na kratko so predstavljene analitične poti za preračun kinematike štirizgibnega mehanizma, preračun sornikov, membranskih vzmeti in radialnih drsnih ležajev. V drugem delu pa je izvedena kinematična analiza štirizgibnega mehanizma in pa numerično podprt izračun posameznih sestavnih delov žerjava (sorniki, vreteno, membranska vzmet, itn.).

Secondary abstract: In the final thesis a whipping mechanism for the harbour crane with a gripping device is presented. Articulated cranes are designed for harbours, shipyards, repairing docks and warehouses where bulk materials are stored. This type of harbour cranes is best known for the movement of the gripping device and the reel which is placed on the head lever. They both travel on the same path horizontally, and this results in a very small oscillation of the gripping device. The final thesis contains some basic theory of the whipping mechanism. Furthermore some analytical paths for the calculation of kinematics of a whipping mechanism, pins, plate springs, and bearings are presented. Moreover, a kinematical analysis is performed, and finally a numerical analysis of some basic parts of the crane such as pins, the plate spring, and spindle is made.
