Abstract

Pomembna pridobitev podjetju bo vsekakor uvedba projektne pisarne, s katero si bo podjetje zagotovilo bolj organiziran in projekten način vodenja.

Secondary title: Organizing project management in small building company
Secondary abstract: In the present times of perpetual and fierce competition, there is less and less room for unsuccessful activities in virtually all areas of business. Additionally, given the intensely individualised approach to catering for the needs of clients, the scope of one-time and temporally limited project activities is on the increase. In order to run company activities and processes as successfully as possible, this thesis deals with various areas of organisation, such as process organisation, company organisation and project management. A company will certainly benefit from the newly set-up project office, which will enhance its project management capacities. The project office is intended to provide organisational and technical support in project implementation and in the overall management of project work. Future years are bound to bring even fiercer competition; getting external commercial projects will be harder and harder, forcing companies to react in due time and with adequate measures. An effective project management model seems to be the solution. This thesis has attempted to adjust the respective model to the company, outline the most appropriate suggestions and thereby assist its achieving even better results, as guaranteed by the projects.
