Abstract
Celulozna vlakna, med katera spada tudi bombaž, vsebujejo poleg celuloze še primesi in naravna barvila, ki vlakno obarvajo in motijo proces plemenitenja. Cilj diplomskega dela je tako bila primerjava med alkalnim in encimskim postopkom predobdelave, ki omogočata različno stopnjo odstranitve nečistoč in inkrustov iz tkanine ter doseganje ustrezne hidrofilnosti vlaken, kar je nujno za nadaljnje uspešno plemenitenje. S postopkom beljenja, ki sem ga izvedla po različni predobdelavi v eni ali dveh kopelih, pa dosegamo razgradnjo prisotnih barvil in pigmentov.
Tako predobdelanim vzorcem bombažne tkanine sem analizirala sorpcijske in fizikalne lastnosti, belino in barvnometrične vrednosti obarvanih vzorcev z reaktivnimi barvili, vsem odpadnim kopelim postopkov predobdelav, beljenja in barvanja pa določila ekološke parametre. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov sem določila postopek, ki omogoča doseganje najvišjih sorpcijskih sposobnosti ob optimalni izgubi mase in primerni belini, ki zagotavlja doseganje optimalnih pogojev pri barvanju in nižjo obremenitev okolja z odpadnimi kopelmi.

Secondary abstract: |
Cellulose fibres, including cotton contain cellulose matters and natural dyes, which coloured the fibres and interfere the finishing process. The aim of diploma work was therefore a comparison between the alkaline and enzymatic pre-treatment, which allow different levels of impurities removal from the fabric and the appropriate hidrophility of fibres which is essential for the further successful finishing. With bleaching process, which I was performed after different pre-treatments in one-or two baths, decomposition of the dyes and pigments was achieved.
I was analyzed the sorption and physical properties of different pre-treated cotton fabrics. Additionally, the whiteness degree and colour values of reactive dyed fabrics were determined. Finally in all waste baths from pre-treatment, bleaching and dyeing, the ecological parameters were determined. Based on the obtained results, I select a process which enables the maximum sorption ability at optimum mass loss and the appropriate whiteness degree which provides the optimum conditions for dyeing and minimise the environmental risk. |
