Abstract

Z razvojem pomembnejših storitev interneta smo ugotovili, da se je njegova uporaba začela množično večati po letu 1992 s prihodom World Wide Web-a, čeprav njegovi zametki segajo že v šestdeseta leta prejšnjega stoletja. Hiter razvoj interneta je ustvaril nove potrebe potrošnikov s tem pa tudi prisilil podjetja, da so temu sledila. Le-to je prineslo veliko prednosti tako za potrošnike kot tudi za podjetja sama. V diplomskem delu so, preko njegove zgodovine in razvoja pomembnejših storitev, predstavljeni štirje najpogostejši načini uporabe interneta. S pravimi informacijami ob pravem času podjetja vzpostavijo, ohranijo ali povečajo svojo konkurenčno prednost. V ta namen so podjetja začela uporabljati intranet, ki jim nudi večjo fleksibilnost in kreativnost, izboljšuje komunikacijo med zaposlenimi ter omogoča hrambo podatkov na enem mestu, s tem pa tudi časovni prihranek. Tudi uvedba elektronskega poslovanja v podjetje ni samo ena izmed možnosti do dobička, temveč je v današnjem svetu elektronskega poslovanja to velikokrat nujno. Ob današnjem hitrem načinu življenja se potrošniki velikokrat srečujejo s pomanjkanjem časa, predvsem pri nakupovanju luksuznih dobrin. S tem so začele nastajati internetne trgovine in pojavilo se je internetno nakupovanje. V zadnjih letih se veča število internetnih trgovin, s tem pa tudi delež ljudi, ki tam kupujejo. Tu pa ne smemo prezreti internetnega oglaševanja, ki ga podjetja že kar dolgo uporabljajo za promocijo izdelkov kot tudi podjetja samega. Tudi tu se je pokazala prednost interneta, ki omogoča, da si potrošnik sam poišče informacije in ima možnosti odločati, kaj si bo ogledal in kaj ne, kar je nasprotno od klasičnega oglaševanja, kjer prodajalci potrošnikom vsiljujejo oglase.

Secondary abstract: With the development of the major Internet service provider, we found that its use began mass increase after 1992 with the arrival of the World Wide Web, although its inception in the sixties ranges of the last century. The rapid development of Internet has created new consumer needs and thus also forced companies to eventually follow. That has brought many advantages for consumers, as well as the companies themselves. In degree, is through its history and development of major services, presented the four most common ways to use the Internet. With the right information at the right time businesses establish, maintain or increase their competitive advantage. To this end, the companies started to use an intranet, which offers greater flexibility and creativity, improves communication between employees and allows storage of data in one place and with it the time savings. Even the introduction of electronic commerce in the enterprise is not only one to profit, but it is often necessary in today's world of electronic commerce. Given today's rapid lifestyle consumers often face a lack of time, especially when buying luxury good. It started to be created and experienced Internet trafficking, the Internet shopping. In recent years, a growing number of online stores with it the proportion of people who buy there. You must not ignore the online advertising by businesses which have long been used to promote products as well as a company. Again, it was revealed to the Internet, which allows the consumer to find the information and have opportunities to decide what you will review and what is not, what is the opposite of a conventional advertising, where vendors impose ads to the consumers.
