Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega pregled razvoja CAD programov, in predstavitev programskega paketa Unigraphics NX 4 in njegovih možnosti za modeliranje volumskih teles za potrebe konstruiranja strojev, konstrukcij in naprav. Korak za korakom spoznavamo vse možnosti modeliranja v celoti, da uporabnik dobi občutek za izbiro pravih kombinacij za modeliranje določenega elementa, da bo le ta modeliran učinkovito torej hitro in enostavno. To nam bo prineslo prihranek časa pri modeliranju modela in kasneje pri dodajanju v sklop, zato se dotaknemo tudi izdelave sklopov. Pri morebitni spremembi elementa ali sklopa bomo prihranili še dodaten čas, zato je tudi to opisano v diplomskem delu.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis encompasses the overview of the development of CAD programs and the presentation of software package Unigraphics NX 4. In addition, the thesis examines the software’s capacities for modelling solid bodies for the purposes of machine, construction and device designing. All modelling possibilities are recognized gradually in order for the user to acquire a feeling for the choice of the correct combinations for modelling a particular element, which should be modelled efficiently, that is quickly and easily. This will reduce the time of modelling and assembly. Due to the latter the thesis also includes the creation of assembly. In the case of the potential change of element or assembly the additional time will be saved.
