Abstract
Internet je interaktiven, dinamičen in hitro se spreminjajoč medij, kar se mora odražati tudi na spletnih straneh. Dobre spletne strani so dobro organizirane, pripravljene za objavo, časovno usklajene ter tudi privlačne in interaktivne. Če imajo spletne strani takšne značilnosti, jih lahko ocenimo kot dobre spletne strani.
Vsako podjetje bi moralo vedeti, da so spletne strani nov in drugačen distribucijski kanal, ki bi mu morali posvečati veliko pozornosti. Spletna stran je tako imenovani živi sistem, ki ga je treba neprestano prilagajati, osveževati in izboljševati, da bi pritegnili uporabnike. Na dobrih spletnih straneh se kaže da je internet dvosmerni komunikacijski kanal.
Kdor ni prisoten na internetu, ta sploh ne obstaja oziroma ne ve kaj se dogaja, to bi naj bilo dejstvo, ki se sliši iz vse več ust.
Pojma »elektronsko bančništvo« in »internet« sta postala nerazdružljiva. Kmalu bo prišel čas, ko bo internet postal povsem nepogrešljiv in si finančnih in poslovnih aktivnosti sploh ne bomo znali predstavljati brez njega. Elektronsko bančništvo je v nekaj letih osvojilo že skoraj vsak dom. Da bo pa slovensko bančništvo lahko vzdržalo korak z razvitim svetom, bodo morale banke svoje bančne storitve vedno bolj dopolnjevati in ustvarjati take storitve, ki bodo za stranke zanimive, še prej kot to pa privlačne, enostavne in stroškovno nizke.
Kljub številnim prednostim, ki jih nudijo sodobni načini poslovanja, pa se ti uveljavljajo počasneje, kot je bilo pričakovati. Pomanjkanje ustreznega znanja ljudi in posledično nezaupanje sodobni tehnologiji in varnosti poslovanja preko elektronskih poti je glavna ovira pri njihovi širitvi.
V našem diplomskem delu smo analizirali spletne strani 5 bank v Sloveniji in ugotovili, da imajo spletne strani bank, ki imajo v Sloveniji večji tržni delež, značilnosti dobrih spletnih strani.

Internet is an interactive, dynamic and rapidly changing medium, which should be reflected on the websites. Good websites are well organized, prepared for publication, time line, as well as attractive and interactive. If you have a web site such features, they can be regarded as a good website.
Every company should have known that the site is new and different distribution channel, which should be pay more attention. This web site is the so-called living system, which must be continually adapted, refresh and improved in order to attract users. On good sites it shows that the Internet is a two-way communication channel.
Anyone who is not present on the Internet, this does not exist or does not know what is happening, this would be the fact that it sounds from all over the mouth.
The concept of "electronic banking" and "Internet" have become inseparable. Soon will come a time when the Internet a totally indispensable and you financial and business activity generally will not be able to imagine without him. Electronic banking is in a few years won almost every home. To make the Slovenian banking can omit step with the developed world, the bank will have its banking services are increasingly complementary and to create such services that will be attractive to customers, even earlier than this is attractive, simple and low cost.
Despite the many advantages offered by modern ways of working, but they are exercising more slowly than expected. The lack of adequate knowledge of people and consequently distrust modern technology and security business through electronic channels is a major obstacle to their expansion.
In our diploma work, we analyzed the websites of 5 banks in Slovenia, and found that the websites of banks in Slovenia which have a higher market share, have the characteristics of good websites. |
