diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Namen mojega diplomskega dela je z anketiranjem študentov pridobiti potrebne podatke za analizo, ki nam bo odgovorila na vprašanje, ali izobraževanje v podjetju vpliva na zaposlene preko študentske napotnice ter ali jim omogoča uvajanje v delo in uporabo gradiv ter navodil za lažje opravljanje dela. V prvem sklopu so predstavljene teoretične osnove izobraževanja, pomen, cilji in metode izobraževanja, ter zakonodajo na področju študentskega dela. V drugem sklopu pa bomo s pomočjo grafov predstavili pridobljene rezultate, ki smo jih pridobili z anketiranjem. Ciljna skupina so bili študentje, ki so kadarkoli v času študija opravljali delo preko študentskega servisa. Končni rezultat do katerega sem prišla je, da podjetja kljub zadostnim številom izobraževalnih vsebin premalo vlagajo v izobraževanje študentov.

The purpose of my graduation thesis is, with questioning students, I obtain all information necessary for analysis, which will give me answers, if education in enterprise affecting on employees, which work over the student money order, and if the enterprise allowing them easier introduction to work processes and useing educational materal for easier work performance. The first lot presents the theoretical basis of education, importance, objectives and methods of education and legislation on student work. In the second lot I present the graphs using the results I have obtained, with interviewing. The target group where is the students which have ever worked through student service. The conclusion to which I came, is that in spite of a sufficient number of educational content, companies under-invest in the education of students. |
