Abstract
Pasivnost managementa v gradbeni dejavnosti glede na spremembe v okolju je pripeljala gradbena podjetja v krizo oziroma nevarnost obstoja, ki se kaže kot izguba tržnega deleža. Živimo v obdobju stalnih sprememb, ki jih bo v bodoče čedalje več, zato je nujno, da se gradbena podjetja prilagodijo in pri poslovanju kot neizbežno vzamejo za dejstvo pojav kriz. Zaznavanje sprememb in opozarjanje na nevarnosti mora biti prioriteta managementa v gradbenih podjetjih in edini način delovanja v bodoče.
Prihodnost gradbene dejavnosti bo neizbežno povezana s prenovo posameznih procesov gradnje, ki bo sposobna obvladovati spremembe na vseh področjih, ki jih gradnja kot proces vključuje.
Magistrsko delo obravnava vlogo managementa v gradbeni panogi, katerega naloga je slediti hitremu tehnološkemu razvoju na področju organiziranja gradbenih virov, različnim tehnikam dela in informacijski tehnologiji. Vsak sistem deluje v določenem okolju, kjer so prisotne stalne spremembe, zato je potrebno poslovni sistem s tehnologijami, ki jih uporablja, stalno obnavljati, dopolnjevati in prilagajati okolju. Tem spremembam pravimo organizacijska in informacijska prenova.
V magistrskem delu so nakazane možnosti za izboljšanje obstoječih procesov na področju izvajanja zemeljskih del ter uvedba novih organizacijskih in tehnoloških rešitev, ki bodo pripomogle k lažji poti za doseganje planiranih ciljev. Delo se osredotoča na prenovo organizacijske strukture, na področja prenove procesov izvajanja zemeljskih del, kadrov in informatike ter na dani način prikazuje celovito prenovo izvajanja zemeljskih del.
Prenovo posameznih procesov izvajanja zemeljskih del sem prikazal skozi faze priprave projekta prenove, posnetka trenutnega stanja, analize z upoštevanjem ključnih vplivnih faktorjev in oblikovanja ciljnega stanja, ki bo zajemal modeliranje ciljnega stanja, implementacijo prenovljenih sistemov in novo strukturiranje poslovnih objektov.

Passivity of management in construction activities according to changes in environment will bring construction companies to crisis and endanger their existence, that will as a consequence cause a loss of market share. We live in a period of permanent changes that is why it is urgent that construction companies adapt themselves and that they have in mind the fact of occurrence of crisis which can be inevitable in business. The perception of changes and warnings about their danger must be priorities of management in construction companies and the only manner of activities in future.
The future of building activity will be inevitably connected with renovation of individual process of construction, that will be capable of controlling changes at all fields, that construction as a process includes.
The MA thesis will deal with a submission of management in the building prolog, which has a mission to respond to quick technological development at the field of organizing of building sources, different technologies of work and information technologies. Every system works in certain environment, where permanent changes are present, which is why it is necessary that the system with all technologies should be renewed and adapted to the environment.
There will be a possibility for improvement of existent processes at the field of execution of earthwork and introduction of new organizational technological solutions remitted, that will contribute to easier way for achieving the planned goals. We will concentrate on renovation of processes at the field of organization of earthwork execution, the field of personnel, the field of operating processes and to show the complete renovation of execution of earthwork per given manner.
We will show renovation of individual processes of earthwork execution through the phases of development the project's of current condition, the analyses with consideration of key influential factors and formulations of target condition that will be capturing model we want to achieve at the end of renovation and implementation of renovated systems and new structuring. |
