Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje razvoj mobilnega transporterja, namenjenega predvsem pretovarjanju potniške prtljage in manjšega kosovnega tovora na letalo ali obratno. V uvodnih delih diplomskega dela so predstavljene zahteve letalske panoge in standardi za razvoj mobilnega reverzibilnega tračnega transporterja spremenljive dolžine in naklona. V osrednjem delu diplome smo določili sile v traku, ki se prenesejo preko ležajev bobnov na konstrukcijo iztegljive konzole in mostu. Določili smo osnove verižnega manipulatorja iztega konzole in sil, ki delujejo iz konzole na most. Naslednji korak je določitev sil in reakcij v mostu. Določitev osnovnih karakteristik hidravličnih linearnih motorjev za spremembo naklona in višine. Varnost transporterja. Modeliranje in okvirna trdnostna kontrola v 3-D aplikaciji Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work describes development of a mobile transporter for passenger baggage and smaller piece cargo transport on the airplane or in the reverse way. In introduction parts of diploma work there are represented demands of aero travel branch and standards for development of the mobile reversible belt conveyor with telescopic construction and changeable slope. In the main part of diploma we determined belt forces, which work through the bearings of drums into the construction of telescopic console and bridge. We determined basis of the chain manipulator of telescopic console and forces which transfer from console into the bridge. The next step was determination of forces and reactions in the bridge. Determination of basic hydraulic linear motors characteristic for adjustment of transporting height and angle. The safety of the transporter. Modeling and stress analysis in 3¬-D aplication Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008.
