Secondary title: | EMPLOYMENT OF FOREGNERS IN REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND REPUBLIC OF CROATIA |
Secondary abstract: | The main goal of my work is the comparison of Croatian and Slovenian laws concerning the employment of foreigners. Slovenia is an Eu member and their residents have the right to move and work freely within the EU boundaries. In Slovenia there are two procedures in employment of foreign citizens. One is for the EU residents and for non Eu residents. Republic of Croatia is not yet a member of EU and due to that fact has its own system of employment for foreigners. that is valid for all the foreigners no matter their country of origin. I decided to write about this subject because of its big importance both for employers as for the employees and of course due to the fact that migrations have an important role in the present time. Employees are prepared to move in search for better working and salary conditions. The majority of the migrations are from less developed countries to more developed ones. Employers have the right to recruit employees to work in the deficit professions. |
