Abstract

Problematika vezana na obremenitve okolja postaja čedalje večji problem človeštva. Zaradi visokih vrednosti izpustov CO2 v ozračje se je svet, predvsem EU odločila, da bo sprejela drastične ukrepe za zmanjšanje negativnih vplivov na okolje. Eden od njih je Kjotski sporazum, podpisan 16. februarja 2005, ki nalaga državam, da zmanjšajo emisije škodljivih plinov. Veliko panog se prilagaja tem zahtevam. Med njimi lahko izpostavimo gradbeništvo, ki v zadnjih letih odkriva nove načine za energetsko varčno gradnjo. Pasivne hiše se uvrščajo na sam vrh nizkoenergijskih hiš, ki ne škodujejo okolju. Gradnja pasivnih hiš predstavlja kompleksen in zaenkrat tudi zapleten postopek, tako z vidika arhitektov kot inženirjev. Pri načrtovanju je potrebna uporaba programa PHPP, ki je namenjen načrtovanju energijsko učinkovite hiše. Vsaka pasivna hiša mora imeti ustrezne izračune PHPP, narejen mora biti preizkus porabe energij za ogrevanje, zrakotesnosti, porabe primarne energije, toplotne izgube, pregrevanje in potrebna energija za hlajenje. To je opisano tudi v pričujoči diplomski nalogi, v kateri je predstavljen gradbeni del tega programa ter na osnovi njega več parametrov, ki jih je potrebno upoštevati glede lokacije in načrtovanja, kar pa je ključnega pomena za doseganje pasivne gradnje.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays, one of the biggest issues humanity is facing are problems with environment. The quantity of CO2 released into the atmosphere every year is higher and higher, which is unacceptable by EU and World standards. EU has therefore decided to accept drastic meassures for improving the environment, one of which is Kyoto protocol (UN framework convention on climate change), adopted on 16 February 2005. It sets binding targets for industrialized countries and the European community for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Many branches of industry are following this protocol and one of them is construction engineering. In the last few years they have been discovering new ways to make construction more energy efficient and passive houses are on the top of the list. From an architectural and engineering point of view, construction of passive houses is a complicated procedure. Before construction we have to consider the PHPP programme for a very precise design of these types of houses. The topic of my thesis addresses the issues the engineers are facing in the process of designing passive houses, with the emphasis on contractual parameters, like location and design, which are the basics for successful construction of passive houses.
