Abstract

Motivirani, usposobljeni in znanja željni zaposleni so temeljni in najpomembnejši dejavnik, ki vpliva na uspešnost in konkurenčnost vsakega podjetja. Pridobivanje znanja postaja čedalje bolj usodno povezano z motivacijo. Motivacija vpliva na racionalno izrabo časa, sredstev, energije in naporov, ki jih je potrebno vložiti v izobraževanje. V diplomskem delu smo raziskali pomen motivacije za nadaljnje izobraževanje. Zanimalo nas je, kateri so tisti dejavniki in motivi, ki vplivajo na stopnjo motivacije zaposlenih, da se odločijo za izobraževanje, oziroma kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki jih ovirajo pri odločitvi za permanentno izobraževanje. V raziskavi smo želeli izvedeti, kakšne so izkušnje zaposlenih v podjetjih, ali se je število organiziranih oziroma izvedenih izobraževanj, seminarjev in tečajev v času globalne finančne gospodarske krize zmanjšalo. Raziskovali smo, ali so podjetja pripravljena odobriti študijski dopust, plačati šolnino svojim zaposlenim ali jih nadrejeni in sodelavci pri izobraževanju spodbujajo in podpirajo ter jim nudijo ustrezno pomoč pri študiju. Po obdelavi podatkov raziskave smo ugotovili, da zaposleni niso zadovoljni s sedanjo stopnjo izobrazbe. Motivacija zaposlenih za dodatno izobraževanje je zelo visoka, kljub temu da so obremenjeni s pomanjkanjem časa in družinskimi obveznostmi ter jim ostane malo časa za izobraževanje. Zaposleni se zavedajo, da je znanje največji kapital za uspešno doseganje ciljev, ki so si jih zastavili. Zaposleni po uspešno opravljenem izobraževanju čutijo samozadovoljstvo in skrbijo za svoj osebni razvoj.

Secondary abstract: Motivated, qualified and knowledge seeking employees are basics and most important factor, that influence on efficiency and competitiveness of any company. Knowledge broadening is crucial connected with motivation. Motivation influences on utilization of working time, means, spirit and endeavor, that are necessary to invest into the education. In study we have investigated the meaning of motivation for subsequent course. The point of interest of the study was been to found out which factors influence the level of employee motivation, to continue the education process or which factors are barriers for permanent education. In the study we have tried to found out what are the employees opinion how the global financial crisis influenced the number of organized and accomplished educational programs, seminars and courses. We investigated, are the companies willing to support the employees and grant them the study holidays, refund their scholarship, are management motivate and support employees and give them the appropriate assistance by study. After the data analysis of research work we fonud out, that employee are not satisfied with current educational level. Employee motivation for additional education is very high, even that they experienced lack of time and that family obligations reduce the time for education. Employees are aware, that the knowledge is the most important capital for successful reaching the set goals. After the finished education the employees are feeling self-satisfaction and are taking care for personal development.
