Abstract
Organizacije, ki želijo biti konkurenčne in obstajati na globalnem trgu, se morajo nenehno prilagajati spremembam v tržnem okolju. Te spremembe so vidne tudi na področju vzgoje in izobraževanja, saj je zaradi gospodarskih in družbenih sprememb izobraževanje danes dinamičen proces, ki poteka vse življenje. Osnovna šola kot vzgojno-izobraževalna organizacija mora imeti svojo vizijo razvoja, zaposleni pa morajo imeti izdelan svoj načrt poklicne poti, kar jih posledično vodi v stalno izobraževanje in strokovno izpopolnjevanje. Za uspešno izobraževanje pa je potrebno kadre ustrezno motivirati, kar je delo vodilnega kadra, ki se mora zavedati, da ustrezen način spodbujanja in nagrajevanja kadrov zagotavlja uspešnost organizacije.
Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh sklopov. V prvem delu je predstavljena motivacija zaposlenih, vzroki in pomen izobraževanja.
V drugem delu je predstavljena Osnovna šola Preserje pri Radomljah, raziskava motivacije med zaposlenimi ter ugotovitve in predlogi.

Organisations need to be adaptive, depending on economical market changes, in order to be competitive and to be able to survive on global market. The changes they have to undergo are visible also in the area of education, which is due to economical and social changes nowadays a continuous proces which goes on throughout the whole life. Elementary school as an educational institution has to have its own vision of development and its employees have to have a well concieved plan of their professional path, which leads them to perpetual education and professional improvements. But for a successful education the workers have to be adequately motivated, which is a job of leading employees who have to be aware of the fact that the success of an organisation is due to an adequate manner of stimulation and reward of all the employees.
Diploma work is composed of two parts. In the first part I presented motivation of employees, causes and meaning of education.
In the second part I concentrated on Elementary School Preserje pri Radomljah, I did a research on motivation among employees and presented my findings and suggestions. |
