Abstract

Hidrodinamična tesnilka gredi je obvezen del opreme vsake vodne turbine. Njena naloga je preprečiti vdor rečne vode v notranjost postrojenja med vrtečimi in mirujočimi se deli stroja na način, da z ustrezno konstrukcijo njenega mehanskega dela ter kontroliranim dovodom hladilne tekočine ustvarimo razmere za tesnjenje. Pogoji za ustrezno mazanje drsne površine so odvisni tako od hidroloških parametrov vodne turbine kot tudi od samega oblikovanja tesnilnega vložka. Pri diplomskem delu sem se usmeril na raziskavo: - kako konstrukcijsko oblikovati tesnilni vložek, da bo zagotovljen pogoj enakomernosti pritiska na drsno površino - kako doseči enakomernost in neprekinjenost dotoka ustrezne hladilne vode na drsno površino - kako se tlačne razmere na drsni površini tesnilke spreminjajo v prehodnih obratovalnih režimih vodne turbine (meritve na objektu) Cilj tega diplomskega dela je na osnovi analize rezultatov praktičnih meritev in teoretičnih izračunov opisati bistvene parametre aksialne hidrodinamične tesnilke v stacionarnih in ključnih prehodnih režimih obratovanja ter na osnovi teh določiti obliko ustreznega tesnilnega vložka.

Secondary abstract: Hydrodynamic shaft seal is a mandatory part of every water turbine. It is meant to prevent breach of river water in between rotated and stationary turbine parts by means of creating sealing conditions by implementation of adequate mechanical parts construction and controlled cooling water quantity. Conditions of adequate lubrication of sliding surface are in correlation with hydrologic parameters of water turbine and sealing insert design. My graduation work concentrates on research of: - how the sealing insert shall be designed in order to fulfill the requirement of uniform pressure on the sliding surface, - how to reach uniform and continued inflow of adequate cooling water to sliding surface, - how the pressure conditions on the sliding surface are being changed during transitions in turbine operation (site measurements) The goal of this graduation work is to describe essential parameters of axial hydrodynamic seal during stationary and key transitional regimes of operation on the basis of the analysis of practical measurements results and theoretical calculations results, and to design adequate sealing insert form accordingly.
