Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je bila izmerjena topnost niacina (nikotinske kisline in nikotinamida) v superkritičnem ogljikovem dioksidu in propanu, ki smo ju izmerili s pomočjo statične — analitične metode v temperaturnem območju med 40 in 100°C ter tlakih med 100 in 300 bar. Z modificirano kapilarno metodo smo določili tudi fazno ravnotežje trdno — tekoče — plin binarne zmesi nikotinska kislina - CO2, nikotinamid - CO2, nikotinska kislina - propan ter nikotinamid - propan.

Secondary abstract: In the frame of diploma work, the solubility of niacin (nicotinic acid and nicotinamide) in supercritical carbon dioxide and propane, was measured by using the static-analytical method in the temperature range between 40 and 100°C and pressures between 100 and 300 bar. The three phase equilibrium solid-liquid-gas for binary mixture of nicotinic acid-CO2, nicotinamide-CO2, nicotinic acid-propane and nicotinamide-propane was measured by the capillary method.
