Abstract

Hiter razvoj informacijske tehnologije in »rojstvo« interneta sta povzročila velike spremembe v bančništvu in poslovanju nasploh.

Secondary title: E-banking in quick credit in case of Nova KBM, d.d.
Secondary abstract: The rapid development of information technology and the "birth" the Internet have caused major changes in banking and commerce in general. Electronic media are increasingly occurring in our daily lives and Internet is becoming a leading communication system. If the bank wants to remain competitive, it should increasingly complement their services and create such services that will be attractive to customers, uncomplicated, easily accessible from anywhere and everywhere and which will take the least of their valuable time. Because of the increasing scarcity of time and "fast" life customers are searching for bank, which will facilitate and simplify the banking business and in the best case possible to carry out banking transactions from home, job or even on the go while traveling. Nova KBM provides to users of Bank@net more than twenty services that can be performed through the Internet, among which is quick credit. However, only the order of the credit is possible. The sale (in the literal sense of the word) the quick credit through Internet stopped somewhere halfway to the goal. If a bank wants to remain competitive it is now time to move towards the objective. It is necessary to improve or upgrade current offer. Upgrading should include both the electronic signature and electronic transmission of contracts. Selling of quick credit in such manner through the Internet would be complete and professionally carried out, and could be the basis for the sale of more complex credits, such as credit classic or even the most demanding as is the housing credit.
