Abstract

V tej diplomski nalogi je opisana avtomatizacija odprtega vodnega hladilnega sistema. V začetku diplomske naloge je opisan celoten sistem in tehnološki opis naprave. Diplomska naloga podaja rešitev avtomatizacije takšnega sistema, ki zajema krmiljenje, regulacijo in nadzor. Krmiljenje je izvedeno s Siemens krmilnim sistemom S7-300 in nadzornim panelom TP270. V vsebini je opisana zgradba krmilnega programa razvitega s programom Step7 in razvojna aplikacija s programom WinCCflexible. Na koncu je podan potek zagonov in optimizacija sistema.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis describes the automation of an open water cooling system. The beginning of diploma work describes the entire system and a technological description of the device. Diploma task provides automated solution including feedforward and feedback control, and supervision of the system. The control is carried out with control systems Siemens S7-300 and control panel TP270. The content of the control unit is build with the program Step7 and the development application of the program WinCCflexible. There is a description of startups and system optimization at the end of my work.
