diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Zaposlovanje kadrov v manjšem podjetju ima pogosto številne posebnosti. Del teh posebnosti izhaja že iz zakonskega okvira, ki omogoča majhnim podjetjem prilagojene rešitve, povezane z naravo njihovega poslovanja. V tem diplomskem delu predstavljamo splošen oris procesa zaposlovanja kadrov in posebej značilnosti za manjša podjetja (zakonsko ureditev, vsebinske značilnosti in podobno).
V empiričnem delu podrobno analiziramo ta proces v manjšem podjetju, ki se ukvarja z igralniško dejavnostjo in gostinstvom — od načrtovanja obsega in strukture potrebnih kadrov do dejanske zaposlitve in praktičnega usposabljanja na delovnem mestu. Na osnovi te analize predlagamo nekaj rešitev, s katerimi bi izboljšali delovanje na tem področju.
Vsebina empiričnega dela je zasnovana na neposrednih praktičnih izkušnjah, saj je avtorica diplomskega dela v tem podjetju zadolžena za izvajanje kadrovske dejavnosti.

The process of staff employment in small businesses |
Secondary abstract: |
Staff employment in a small business is often quite particular. To some extent, this particularity is a result of the legal framework, enabling solutions which are accommodated to small businesses and connected to the nature of their operations. This thesis presents a general overview of the staff employment process with a focus on the characteristics of small businesses (legislation, subject-matter characteristics, etc.).
In the empirical part of the thesis, this process is analyzed for a small business dealing with the gambling industry and catering – from planning the extent and structure of the needed staff to the actual employment and practical on-the-job training. On the basis of this analysis, we propose some solutions to improve the activity in this field.
The content of the empirical part is based on firsthand experience, since the author of this thesis works in this company in the field of staffing. |
