Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili pojem učeče se organizacije. Poskušali bomo ugotoviti, če so na centrih za socialno delo že značilnosti učeče se organizacije ter če na centrih že vlagajo v to vrsto organiziranosti. S pomočjo domače in tuje literature bomo najprej opredelili značilnosti učeče se organizacije in predstavili javno upravo kot učečo se organizacijo. V nadaljevanju bomo predstavili center za socialno delo, njegove dejavnosti in poslanstvo. S pomočjo rezultatov, pridobljenih z anketo in intervjujem direktorice Centra za socialno delo Ruše, bomo poskusili ugotoviti, če so na centrih za socialno delo že značilnosti učečih se organizacij. V zaključnem delu bomo rezultate interpretirali, razmislili, kje so ovire, ki se pojavljajo na poti k učeči se organizaciji in ugotovili možne izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the concept of a learning organization. We tried to determine, whether the social work centres have the characteristics of the learning organizations, and if the centres have already been investing in this type of an organization. Firstly, the characteristics of the learning organizations were identified, and analyzed with the help of Slovene and foreign literature. Later on the public administration is presented as a learning organization. Moreover, the activities and the mission of a social work centre are presented. With the results obtained in a survey and in an interview with the director of the Social Work Centre Ruše we tried to determine, whether the social work centres already have the characteristics of the learning organizations. In the conclusion, the results are interpreted, and the obstacles encountered in the process to a learning organization are considered. As well, possible improvements are presented.
