Racionalizacija časa menjave orodij za brizganje plastičnih mas v podjetju Iskra Mehanizmi d.d. Lipnica

Abstract

Spremembe, ki so stalnica današnjega časa, nastajajo zelo hitro. S tem se tudi okolje, v katerem živimo, nenehno in zelo intenzivno spreminja. Takšemu okolju se morajo hitro in nenehno prilagajati tudi podjetja, če si želijo zagotoviti svoj dolgoročni obstoj. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno nekaj osnov o brizganju plastičnih mas in preoblikovanje sistema menjav orodij na strojih za brizganje plastičnih mas s pomočjo uporabe metode SMED. V nalogi so predstavljene prednosti, ki jih metoda SMED prinaša in uporaba metode je prikazana na praktičnem primeru. Zaradi merjenja učinkovitosti metode SMED so se izvajale meritve časa menjave orodja pred in po izbolšavi. Dobljeni rezultati in stroškovna analiza prihrankov je prikazana v zaključku naloge.

Secondary abstract:	Nowadays, changes, which have become our everyday life, can appear very quickly. Related to that, the environment we are living in is continuously and very intensively changing as well. Undertaking or business, which would like to provide themselves a long-term existence, must fast and continuously adapt themselves to that kind of environment. In the Thesis, a few bases about splashing of plastic materials and transformation of the system for exchanging tools for it, with a help of using the SMED method, is presented. In the Thesis, there are also presented the advantages that the SMED method brings and the usage of the Method which is presented on a practical case. Due to efficiency measurements of the SMED method, time measurements of exchanging tools had been performed before and after the improvement. The results given and cost analysis of savings are presented in the conclusion of the Thesis.
