Abstract

Trajna in usmerjena skrb za razvoj kadrov je eden osnovnih pogojev razvoja moderne družbe. Še posebej pomemben kader so učitelji, ki s svojim znanjem in spretnostmi odločilno vplivajo na izobraževalni proces otrok. Zato naj bi v procesu razvoja učiteljskih kadrov vzpodbujali njihovo izobraževanje-strokovno in splošno. Teoretični del diplomskega dela smo zasnovali na podlagi že obstoječe literature, in sicer s področja kadrovske dejavnosti, razvoja kadrov, izobraževanja, usposabljanja in napredovanja. Sledi opredelitev problema, ki smo ga raziskovali ter kratka predstavitev osnovne šole Franca Rozmana-Staneta Maribor. Empirični del sestavlja raziskava, s pomočjo katere smo poskušali odgovoriti na zastavljena vprašanja in se tako še bolj poglobili v procese in možnosti za izobraževanje in usposabljanje učiteljev.

Secondary abstract: Sustained and focused care for Human Resources Development is one of the basic conditions for the development of a modern society. Particularly important are the teachers who, with their knowledge and skills, decisively influence the educational process of children. Therefore, the process of school staff development should promote the staff's education - professional and general. We have designed the theoretical part of this graduation thesis on the basis of existing literature, namely from the area of staff activities, staff development, education, training and progression. This is followed by the definition of the studied case, and a short presentation of the primary school Franc Rozman - Stane Maribor. The empirical part consists of a survey through which we have tried to answer the occured questions, thus engaging even further in the processes and opportunities for teacher education and training.
